For all lash extension appointments, know that your fill time starts at your scheduled appointment time. For every minute you are late that is less time that the girls have to apply lashes and you most likely will leave without the fullness that you are wanting.
For our lash lift & tint, brow laminations, waxing, tinting, and dermaplane appointments, if you are running any more than 10 minutes late you will need to reschedule. This cuts into too much of the appointment time and also into appointments that are scheduled right after yours.

Your appointment is very important to our Lashology team professionals. We hold your appointment just for you and respectfully request that if you must cancel or reschedule, you please provide us with at least 24-hour notice. This way our stylists will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly, and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waitlist. When appointments are canceled within the 24 hour period, we are unable to fill them, it leaves gaps in our artist's schedules, and they do not get paid for their time.
We know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago, which is why we send reminders about your appointments 12 hours in advance and ask for a credit card on file to hold the appointment.
