No Show Policy:

A 100% cancellation fee will be applied to all no show appointments.

Late Show Policy:

For all lash extension appointments, know that your fill time starts at your scheduled appointment time. For every minute you are late that is less time that the girls have to apply lashes and you most likely will leave without the fullness that you are wanting.

For our lash lift & tint, brow laminations, waxing, tinting, and dermaplane appointments, if you are running any more than 10 minutes late you will need to reschedule. This cuts into too much of the appointment time and also into appointments that are scheduled right after yours.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy:

Please cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment. A 100% cancelation fee will be applied to all appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment.

Your Lash Artist is Sick:

If your artist is feeling too ill to come in and your appointment must be rescheduled, please understand we will do everything in our power to get you rescheduled as soon as possible. We don’t want to have to reschedule your appointment however, we don’t want to get you sick either! The appointment will be rescheduled with the highest priority and without any fee.

Age Policy:

We only perform services on clients 18 and older.

Dissatisfied With Your Service Policy:

We do not offer refunds. Any work that needs correction must be done by the lash artist who performed the original service.

We always want our clients to leave feeling beautiful and happy with the service they have received so if you are not 100% satisfied with your lashes PLEASE TELL US! It is easier to adjust your lashes at the time of the appointment than it is to get you back in!

As with any aesthetic procedure, outcomes are dependent on a variety of factors. We always strive to do our best work and achieve a look that you desire. We use the same application method and product on each client however, some common problems occur.

Common Problems with Eyelash Extensions:

All of my lashes fell out- Since we are unable to control a client's aftercare, natural lash shedding, or oil production, we are unable to guarantee an individual's retention rate. We will correct any work deemed to be due to an error of our application method. Be sure to review our aftercare instructions thoroughly, and call us if you should ever have an aftercare question.

Not enough lashes were put on during my appointment- Lashology is not responsible for correcting any service due to the client not booking enough time. All of our weekly fill suggestions are listed online. We recommend a minimum of 60 minutes every other week for the best fullness and retention. It is entirely up to the client how often she/he wishes to book. Complimentary fills or refunds will not be issued to clients who fail to meet the minimum fill suggestions.
